Winter is not a season, it’s a time for celebration. Those words were ever so true, this past January the 14th at The Carriage Club in Kansas City for the wedding of Lindsay Tiefenbrunn and Jake Bardell. The intimate setting for their ceremony was quickly transformed into a beautiful wedding reception with a spectacular array of nosegay colorful florals arranged on the crystal chandelier suspended high above the dance floor. Each table floral center piece complemented the chandelier décor in crystal designed vases.
As the cocktail reception was ending, the guests were chimed into the dining room to begin dinner service. Once, the guests took their assigned seats it was time to introduce the wedding party followed by the bride and groom. As Dr. & Mrs. Jake Bardell were introduced by DJ Hydan, they proceeded to the center of the dance floor to have their first dance as husband and wife. Jake then welcomed all the guests and proceeded with a beautiful prayer.
Once the last table had been served, it was now time for the bride’s father Matt to move to the center of dining room to give his father of the bride speech. As his speech ended, he escorted his lovely daughter Lindsay to the dance floor for the traditional father/daughter dance.
Next was Jake and his mother to enjoy having their traditional dance. After their dance ended, the dance floor was then open for everyone to dance enjoying the music choreographed by DJ Hydan.
As the evening was reaching its end, the guests were asked to make their way outside to line the driveway with large sparklers in a canopy display to send off the newlyweds in style. As the guests were lining up outside, the newlyweds enjoyed one last intimate dance before taking to their grand exit.
